Electric holding magnets
Execution
The holding magnets consist of a permanent magnetic holding system for
holding ferromagnetic workpieces and an excitation winding. When switched
on, the excitation winding neutralizes the magnetic field on the holding
surface, allowing the workpieces to be removed or set down. If the
excitation winding is switched in the same direction, it increases the
nominal force. Depending on the application, the relevant accident
prevention regulations must be observed.

observed.
